Refund Policy

If a paid session needs to be changed, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the booking and available options.

Refunds and rescheduling are handled case by case, taking into account notice given, weather, dog welfare, trainer availability and any payment processing restrictions.

Where a session cannot safely or reasonably go ahead, we will aim to rearrange or agree a fair outcome.
